Our Services Private Chef Spain is a culinary agency that curates and connects clients with professional private chefs for: • Single meal experiences (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) • Multi-day chef service during villa stays • Special celebrations and private events All chefs in our network are independent professionals selected by Private Chef Spain for their culinary expertise and service standards. 3. Booking Process 1 The client submits a request through our website form or via direct contact. 2 Our team contacts the client to confirm availability, details, and requirements. 3 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. 4 The remaining balance is due as agreed at the time of confirmation. Submitting a request form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once the client has received written confirmation from Private Chef Spain and the deposit has been paid. 4. Pricing and Payment • Prices are displayed per person on our Menus page and may vary depending on group size, location, and specific requirements. • All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude VAT where applicable. • Ingredient costs and grocery shopping are included in the service price unless otherwise stated. • Additional costs (such as travel expenses for remote locations) will be communicated and agreed in advance. • Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations by the client: Notice given before the service date Refund More than 14 days Full deposit refunded 7 to 14 days 50% of deposit refunded Less than 7 days No refund Cancellations by Private Chef Spain: In the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed booking (e.g. due to illness or force majeure), we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement chef. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued. 6. Dietary Requirements and Allergies Clients are responsible for communicating all dietary requirements, food allergies, and intolerances at the time of booking. While our chefs will take all reasonable precautions to accommodate these requirements, Private Chef Spain cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed or incomplete information provided by the client. 7. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: • Provide accurate information regarding the number of guests, location, and requirements. • Ensure the kitchen and dining space are accessible and equipped with basic cooking facilities. • Inform us of any relevant access restrictions or house rules. • Treat our chefs with respect and courtesy. 8. Limitation of Liability Private Chef Spain acts as an intermediary agency. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We are not liable for: • Indirect or consequential loss arising from the service. • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies. • Damage to property caused by circumstances outside the chef's control. 9. Intellectual Property All content on the Private Chef Spain website — including text, images, menus, and branding — is the property of Private Chef Spain and may not be reproduced without written permission. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. 11.
